Birb Haus Bakery is committed to providing exceptional service, however, details can get lost in message threads, especially when coming from multiple platforms. For these reasons, Birb Haus Bakery has implemented an order policy that will be strictly observed.
Order Placement
Orders must be placed using the website. When an email is received to request an order, a link to the form will be provided. Other order forms may be available for holidays or events which will also be provided when applicable.
Any email or text regarding placing an order will be disregarded and the link to the forms will be given for ease of access.
Following an order placement, Birb Haus Bakery will be in contact within 24-48 hours. If a customer has not been contacted within that time frame, they may send a text or email confirming that the form was received.
Any unclear details given in the order form will be discussed between owner and customer via the customer’s preferred method of communication at a convenient time for the parties.
Filling out an order form does not confirm an order. Orders are secured when a pick-up date is confirmed with Birb Haus Bakery and the required 50% deposit is received. Deposits can be sent through Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Cash, or Card payment. The order will not be added to the calendar until both requirements are fulfilled.
Cancellations and Deposit Note
By paying a deposit, customer agrees to all the cancellation and refund policies of Birb Haus Bakery.
Cancellation Policy

Birb Haus Bakery is committed to providing exceptional service. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served in a timely manner. Late cancellations have an impact on service quality for other customers. For these reasons, Birb Haus Bakery has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
Payment
Order are secured when a pick-up date is obtained and 50% of the deposit is received via Venmo, Paypal, Cashapp, Cash, or Card payment. We cannot officially add an order to the calendar until this deposit is received. By paying a deposit, the customer agrees to all cancellation and refund policies listed below.
A confirmation email or text will be provided after payment has been received. This email or text will confirm that the cookie order is now on the calendar for the desired pick-up date.
Cancellation Requests
Customers may request a cancellation by email or text only. Social media messages will not be considered a valid cancellation request. This ensures that a streamlined communication between Birb Haus Bakery and the customer is in place.
Any customer requesting a cancellation within 3 days of pick-up is subject to pay remainder of balance.
